Having completed transactions totaling over $500 million in acquisitions, leases, financings and dispositions, and with just over one million square feet of commercial property under management, in the California cities of Mountain View, Burlingame, Fremont, San Leandro, San Rafael and Sacramento, they needed a work flow management solution that would give them a clear, competitive advantage, while providing them with tools to ease their daily property management operations.
